What a lot of players don’t know, due to the description of the armor mods being misleading, is that the IKELOS weapons are also capable of creating Warmind Cells. The good news is that most of these are now in the world loot drop pool, meaning you’ll pick them up just running around on patrol, doing Strike missions etc. There are two sets of legendary weapons that have the intrinsic perk that activates Warmind Cell mods: The IKELOS weapons and the Seventh Seraph weapons. For instance, the Wrath of Rasputin mod can create Warmind Cells with Solar splash damage. However, a select few mods allow for the creation of Warmind Cells using other means. Players can create them with Seventh Seraph and IKELOS weaponry. Xenophage: Just simply defeating any enemies can create Warmind Cells. Ace of Spades: The Firefly perk can create Warmind Cells.
Jötunn: Just simply defeating any enemies can create Warmind Cells. The Wrath list will be exotic weapons that can create Warmind Cells when you have the ‘Wrath of Rasputin’ mod equipped.
